Hard Broaches
Hard Broaches are used for re-sizing internal splines on hardened parts at max. HRC 60. They feature a solid carbide spline shell mounted on an arbor with the same puller and retriever ends as the green broach.
Broaching speed needs to be at 60m/min
Finished part spline surface can reach Ra0.4
